We do not provide legal, tax, real estate or farm management advice, we do not collect rent or manage leases, and we are not a real estate brokerage, law firm or tax preparer. When you need a broker, attorney or CPA, we will work alongside yours or introduce you to trusted local ones.
Rent comparisons come from the Iowa State University Extension and Outreach cash rental rate survey. They are typical figures reported by survey respondents for a county and land quality — they are not appraisals and not a valuation of any individual farm.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, agreements and deadlines. Our reminders and reports are a help, not a guarantee; please confirm anything with a deadline directly with your tenant, county office or advisor.
Memberships are billed annually and renew each year. You may cancel at any time before your renewal date, and your membership will continue through the end of the paid year.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
